I think you're overrating this kid a bit.. Scouts have him at 100 which is pretty high for a kid who has thrown 23 innings in his pro career and that was in the GCL league.. at age 19 he will be in LOW A.. I want to see a full season with him before I start calling him a god like figure like Julio Franco is.
Well considering I never said anything to overrate him, I guess I do have high standards. Hes not going to be in low A becasue the yankees feel he needs EXST.
